Over the years the technology has changed by leaps and bounds, and while for the most part the changes are designed to make our business operations and daily lives easier and more efficient, the downside is that often as a consumer we get caught with obsolete outdated equipment.  
Unfortunately for those of you who are currently using the Timeac POS System, this point has been reached. While for many years CLR Concepts has continued to provide support and service for our Timeac clients, we regret that we will no longer be able to provide hardware service for the Timeac Systems.  
We WILL however, continue to provide phone support for the software; but, please be advised that while we are able to provide software support, it is also becoming increasingly difficult to find the manpower that has the correct training to effectively provide this support, which will result in slower response times.
While Timeac has served many of our clients for as much as 20 + years, it is time to consider new options. Most of our previous Timeac clients have moved to the new CLEAR POS System and have enjoyed the same functionality and reliability offered by its predecessor Timeac.
